Let’s take a look at where the team could be headed for its bowl game this December.Arizona State lost to San Diego State, Washington, Colorado, Stanford and Oregon. The Sun Devils took down UTSA, Michigan State, Oregon State, USC, Utah, UCLA and Arizona.It was a solid year for Herm Edwards in his return to coaching.Arizona State finished with a 5-4 record in the Pac-12, one game behind South division champion Utah. The Sun Devils are in the second tier of bowl-eligible teams in the league.As-of Friday night, Sports Illustrated’s Eric Single had Arizona State projected to the Mitsubishi Motors Las Vegas Bowl, taking on Boise State.That contest would take place on December 15 in Las Vegas.Arizona State will have a shot at picking up its eighth win of the season against whoever it faces in its bowl game.
