Walnut St., Suite 199. For faster service at the Parking Office, customers are advised to schedule an appointment online at https://egov1.cityofpasadena.net/apps/DOTApptWeb/DotAppointment.aspx.For information about annual parking permit costs and qualifications, visit the DOT Parking Division web page at www.cityofpasadena.net/Transportation/Annual_Parking_FAQ.Residents and visitors who need to park on the street for a short period of time can purchase temporary parking permits at any of the City’s five Temporary Overnight/Daytime Parking Exemption Kiosks (TODPEK).
