Public help needed to make oil refinery decision

JOHN, B.C. – The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency has to decide if a federal environmental assessment is needed to go forward with the proposed Kitimat Clean Refinery project.To help make this decision, the agency is looking for the public’s input. They want the public’s opinion on the project itself as well as effects that they think it could have on the environment.
